Acceptable Use Policy
LinkOrbit is a premium infrastructure for professional creators. To protect our global network reputation, we maintain an uncompromising, zero-tolerance policy against malicious behavior.
Quick Reference
1Zero-Tolerance Content
Immediate Federal Reporting
Hosting or linking to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or terrorism recruitment networks will result in an immediate federal report to the NCMEC or relevant international cyber-authorities, alongside complete preservation of your IP logs.
You may not utilize a LinkOrbit profile to hyperlink, embed, or aggregate the following architectures:
- Phishing Domains: Fake login pages designed to steal passwords, financial credentials, or cryptocurrency wallet seeds.
- Malware Distribution: Links directly pointing to executed payloads, ransomware, or trojan viruses.
- Illegal Drugs & Firearms: Facilitating the sale of federally illegal substances, weapons, or explosives.
- Adult Content: Hardcore pornography, non-consensual imagery (revenge porn), or escort services.
2Spam & Automation Traps
Our automated network actively monitors for link-farming and abusive SEO behaviors. Any account caught attempting to game search engine heuristics using LinkOrbit domains will be blacklisted.
- Mass Account Creation: Utilizing bots to create hundreds of fake LinkOrbit profiles.
- Deceptive Redirects: Masking malicious links behind confusing titles or aggressively hijacking the user's browser "back" button constraints.
- Affiliate Spam: Utilizing thousands of dynamically generated affiliate links without providing any actual human value or context on the page.
3Hate Speech & Impersonation
LinkOrbit completely forbids the use of its infrastructure to execute targeted, malicious harassment campaigns against marginalized groups or individuals.
Additionally, Impersonation is strictly forbidden. You may not claim a specific `/username` attempting to flawlessly mimic a major corporation, bank, or high-profile public figure with the intent to scam or confuse visitors.
4Copyright Piracy
You absolutely may not link to file-hosting servers distributing stolen intellectual property. This includes:
- Pirated Hollywood movies or leaked streaming content.
- Cracked enterprise software or cracked video games.
- Stolen databases or leaked user credentials packages.
5Enforcement Actions
Violations are final.
