1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LinkOrbit website, creating an account, or using our link-in-bio services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using our services.

LinkOrbit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active users of significant material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Zero-Tolerance Policy

LinkOrbit is a premium platform for creators. We aggressively monitor our network for abuse. Violation of these rules will result in an absolute, immediate, and irreversible ban without refund.

You legally agree that you will not use LinkOrbit to host, link to, or distribute:

Malware & Phishing: Any malicious code, deceptive domains, or credential-stealing attacks.
Spam: Automated link farming, SEO manipulation, or deceptive mass-marketing.
Illegal Content: Content that violates federal US law or international laws.
Hate Speech: Harassment, doxxing, or inciting violence against protected groups.
Adult Content: Explicit pornography or non-consensual sexual content.

We reserve the exclusive, unchallengeable right to determine if content violates this AUP and to immediately terminate your access to the domain.

3Account Ownership

You retain absolutely all ownership rights, intellectual property, and copyrights to the original content you publish on your LinkOrbit profile. We do not claim ownership of your links, images, or branding.

However, by uploading content to LinkOrbit, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your profile to your audience globally via our Edge Content Delivery Networks. You are entirely responsible for securing your account credentials.

4Billing and Subscriptions

If you purchase a premium subscription, you authorize LinkOrbit (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the platform infrastructure, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once the billing cycle has originated. You may cancel your future subscription at any time via your Dashboard billing portal to prevent future charges.

5Suspensions & Terminations

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you. This is specifically enforced for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the active LinkOrbit URL (`linkorbit.io/yourname`) will immediately cease, and your page will return a 404 error.

6Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LinkOrbit makes no representations or warranties, explicit or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We explicitly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LinkOrbit, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service. Our total liability shall explicitly never exceed the amount you paid us over the three (3) months prior to the lawsuit.
