1Information We Collect

When you construct a profile on LinkOrbit, we explicitly only collect data required entirely to operate your dashboard and secure your authentication.

Account Credentials: Handled securely via our encrypted authentication provider. We never see your raw password.
Profile Configurations: The links, titles, and images you explicitly upload to the builder.
Financial Data: If you utilize our Zero-Fee Commerce engine, your transactions are securely routed through Stripe. LinkOrbit does not store full credit card numbers natively.

2How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized to render your extremely fast edge-networked profile page and operate your administration dashboard. We absolutely do not sell your personal data or your subscriber lists to marketing agencies.

Email addresses provided by your audience via our "Newsletter Capture" blocks belong entirely to you. You maintain total ownership over your lead base.

3Profile Visitor Analytics

Edge Infrastructure Tracking

LinkOrbit mathematically logs the approximate Country and City of visitors viewing your profile by reading standardized Edge Network Headers. We completely anonymize IP addresses.

Visitor metrics (clicks, views, and referrers) are aggregated explicitly for your personal Dashboard Analytics. We do not track visitors across external internet domains like Facebook Pixel does.

5Database Security

All analytical and profile data stored on LinkOrbit is encrypted entirely at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption constraints algorithmically hosted via our secure enterprise cloud infrastructure. Traffic in transit is strictly enforced via TLS 1.3 (HTTPS).

6Your Data Rights (GDPR)

Under international law (such as the GDPR and CCPA), you have the absolute right to completely erase your physiological and digital account footprint from our databases.

To permanently request the deletion of your user account, your LinkOrbit profile, and all accumulated historical metrics, please email us directly at linkorbit.io@gmail.com. We will permanently incinerate your data within 30 days.
